Multiple Schedules (administrators only)

Your ScheduleBase account can support multiple schedules and people can be scheduled in more than one schedule within the same account.


Note Administrators can access any schedule in an account. 


Adding schedules 
From the Admin page, enter your new schedule name in the lower panel and click on the Add button. The new schedule name will now appear in the list of schedules. Edit a schedule by clicking on its name. 


Selecting the current schedule 
The name of the current schedule is displayed at the top of the page and is also listed in bold-text in the lower panel on the Admin page. Click on Select to change the current schedule. You will now be able to work with this schedule. 


Removing schedules 
From the Admin page, click on the schedule name, listed in the lower panel, and click the Remove button. 

Note You cannot remove a schedule if there are other administrators currently assigned to that schedule, the schedule is the current schedule or the schedule is the last schedule in your account. 


Moving people to other schedules 
You can easily move people from one schedule to another. To do this, locate and edit the user's record and press the Move to Schedule... button. Next, select the schedule and group that you would like to move this person to and press the Save button.

 

Note All schedule data will be retained when a person is moved. 


Note Only administrators can add, remove or rename schedules.


Adding people to other schedules

ScheduleBase allows you to add people and schedule the same person on multiple schedules.


From the People page, select the person you would like to see on other schedules and check the Allow this person to be added to other schedules box.


Select a different schedule by clicking on the Select link at the top of the page and go to the People page for that schedule.


Now, click on the Add person from another schedule link and select the person you which to also have on this schedule.
