Tracking hours and people

ScheduleBase automatically counts hours and people in real-time while you schedule and each person's total weekly hours are displayed under their name. ScheduleBase will also track total hours and people for each day of the week. Click on the Track dropdown list to select different tracking options.

Adding custom tracking items
ScheduleBase allows you to change the way it counts people. You may wish to count only those people scheduled to work during a particular time or perhaps only those people scheduled to work a particular job or department.

Click on the Add button, next to the Track dropdown list, to add a custom tracking item.

Examples

7a - 3p
Count people scheduled to work from 7am to 3pm.

7:30a to 3p and Operator
Count Operators scheduled to work from 7:30am to 3pm.

0700 - 1500 and Operator and Department E
Count Operators in Department E scheduled to work from 7am to 3pm.

1p - 2p
Count everyone scheduled this hour.

Note Check Include partial coverage to count everyone scheduled at any time during the selected time range.
