ScheduleBase allows you or your staff to enter their regular availability. Regular availability is displayed on the schedule under each day so you can easily see when a person can or cannot work.
Example
John just received his new spring class schedule starting Jan 10, 2011. To let his manager know about this change, John logs into ScheduleBase, clicks on My Profile, selects Add New and enters his new availability schedule beginning on 01/10/2011.
The manager can now easily see when John can or cannot work when scheduling John on or after this date.
Availability text can be entered in any way you like and can be used to designate when a person can or cannot work.

Note ScheduleBase will not allow a Staff Member to enter or change regular availability information prior to today's date.
Note ScheduleBase will display the date, time and user that last modified availability information for a particular person.
