Sometimes things come up like doctor appointments, weddings, etc. that are exceptions to your regular availability. ScheduleBase allows you to enter these special daily requests.
Example
John has a scheduled dental appointment on Tuesday, January 25 and will need that morning off. John logs into ScheduleBase, clicks on the day and enters his request and reason.
The manager will see this request when scheduling John on this day. ScheduleBase will also send an email or text message to your manager when you enter or update a request.
New requests are indicated by a yellow note icon. A gray note icon indicates that a manager has approved, denied or otherwise acknowledged the request.
Tip You can enter a request for up to 7 days in a single operation. This makes entering multi-day requests faster and also reduce the number of messages sent to your manager.
NoteRegular availability and requests are displayed in the shaded area beneath your schedule.
Mobile apps
