Update your regular availability

ScheduleBase allows you to periodically update your regular availability. You enter regular availability to show your manager what days and times you can normally work.


Example
John just received his new spring class schedule starting Jan 10, 2011. To let his manager know about this change, John logs into ScheduleBase, clicks on�My Profile, selects�Add New�and enters his new availability schedule beginning on 01/10/2011.�

The manager can now easily see when John can or cannot work when scheduling John on or after this date.


Availability can be entered many different ways and may be used to indicate when you can or cannot work. You may also enter days or times that you prefer to work. Please check with your managers to see how they want you to enter this information.�

Tip�Do not enter vacations or other things like medical appointments, weddings, etc. in your regular availability. You can make these special requests by clicking on a day.�

Note�Regular availability and requests are displayed in the shaded area beneath your schedule.


Note Only managers can add or update regular availability prior to today.
