Login Help

I am new to ScheduleBase. My manager set up a ScheduleBase account but I cannot log in to see my schedule.

Your manager must enter your name and correct email address into ScheduleBase before you can log in. When this has been done you should receive an email invitation with a link that allows you to login to ScheduleBase and change your password, view your schedule, etc.

If you have not received an invite:

  1. Please check to see if the message is being trapped in a spam filter by your email provider. You should be able to set up a 'White List' that allows all email sent from ScheduleBase.com to reach your inbox. If using a web-mail system like Gmail or Yahoo mail, you can look in your Spam folder and press the 'Not Spam' button for messages received from ScheduleBase.com.

    Note Some email systems will also 'White List' addresses that have been added to the contacts list.
  2. Contact your manager and make sure that he/she has entered the correct email address for you. Once they have done this you should receive an email invite.
  3. Click on 'Forgot your password?', enter your email address and click 'Reset Password'. If ScheduleBase can find your email address it will send you a link that will allow you to reset your password and log in.
  4. Do not start or create a new Company Trial Account. Doing this will not give you access to your schedule.

My old password does not work anymore.

  1. Please make sure that CAPSLOCK is deselected on your keyboard.
  2. Make sure that you are using the same email address as before.
  3. Click on 'Forgot your password?', enter your email address and click 'Reset Password'. If ScheduleBase can find your email address it will send you a link that will allow you to reset your password and log in.
  4. Contact your manager and make sure that he/she still has the correct email address for you or has not listed you as inactive.
  5. Do not start or create a new Company Trial Account. Doing this will not give you access to your schedule.

I did not receive an email invite or email to reset my password.

  1. Make sure that you are using the correct email address.
