Can I use ScheduleBase on my Smartphone?
Yes. Just go to schedulebase.com on your mobile browser or download the free mobile apps. Now available for iPhone or Android.
Do you charge extra for mobile apps?
No. They are absolutely free and come with your Schedulebase subscription .
Is there a contract?
No. ScheduleBase is a contract-free service. You can cancel your subscription at any time by removing your billing information.
Is there an additional charge when I add more schedules?
No. ScheduleBase fees are based only on the number of people that are in an account.
Do I have to pay for inactive people?
No. ScheduleBase does not charge for inactive people. Just change their usertype to inactive.
Can other users see my billing information?
No.
Can any administrator subscribe to ScheduleBase?
Yes. At any time, you or any another administrator can assume payment responsibilities. To do this, simply enter your billing information. This will automatically replace the billing information of the last user that subscribed.
My account has just been credited. When will this take effect?
All credits will be applied towards the next invoice.
How do I print a receipt?
Go to the Admin page, click on View Account History and select the desired receipt.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply remove your billing information and you will not be billed any additional amounts. Your account will expire when your current subscription ends.
How do I completely remove my account?
ABS does not allow anyone to completely remove an account for data safety and security reasons. You can send an email to [email protected] with your name, account number and request that the account be locked. ABS will delete all locked accounts that have been inactive for a period of time.
How long does it take for an email or SMS text message to be received?
There are many factors that determine how long this could take. ScheduleBase sends the email or SMS text message as soon as you post or make the request but it could take several minutes or even longer for the message to actually reach the recipient.
How can I temporarily prevent a person from logging in?
Change their user-type to Inactive.
How do I refresh the display to see the latest changes?
Press the Go button.
Is scheduling information lost when I move a person to another schedule?
No, but you can manually erase the information if needed.
Can a person be in more than one schedule?
Yes. See Multiple Schedules
Can a person be in more than one Group?
No, but you can enter group or other types of descriptions directly in the schedule to indicate where a person should work. You can also add multiple schedules instead of Groups and schedule the same individual in more than one schedule. See Multiple Schedules
