Viewing Schedules

When you first login, ScheduleBase will display the current week's schedule. Use the�Next�and�Prev�buttons or the�Calendar�tool to go to another week.�

Note�Managers can choose to�Post�schedules when they're ready.�Post�status is displayed at the top of each schedule.

Printing schedules�
Click�Print�on the�Schedule�page to print a copy of the schedule.�

Note�ScheduleBase outputs schedules to PDF files. You will need to make sure that a PDF reader is installed on your computer before you can view and print PDF files.

Note Please go to Troubleshooting if you are having problems viewing, printing or saving schedules.

Mobile apps�
You can also access your schedule and make schedule requests with our free mobile apps. Just go to schedulebase.com with your mobile browser or download the free mobile apps. Now available for iPhone and Android.
